I had a wonderful experience at ATI! All of the PTs I worked with were encouraging and helpful during my 8 month recovery.

Great experience with Josh and his team. They were knowledgeable, patient, and cheerful. With their help, I recovered quickly and am back running and jumping again.

Very patient, explain everything so well. I was not expecting much of a difference with my condition but after only four visits they have exceeded my expectations. Paige is a delight as is Josh.

My husband and I have been coming to the N. Harrison Street location for several months, and the care we receive has been wonderful. My husband has dementia, and each of the therapists has been so gracious and patient with him. He can be grumpy about doing the exercises, but by the end of each session he is happy and feels proud of the work he has put in. The space is small, intimate, and welcoming. We have had previous PT sessions at a different business which was large and impersonal. The difference is amazing.

I had a great experience with ATI Harrison St. I broke my patella and started PT the day after surgery. Paige Palli is a wonderful PT and helped me recover quickly. It felt like a long road, but each time I had a checkup with my orthopedic surgeon, they made comments about my rapid progress. I often told my friends that I love physical therapy - ATI helped me regain my range of motion and also gave me a nice workout at each appointment. The warm and friendly atmosphere were an added bonus. Scheduling was pretty easy - I typically saw Paige, but if she wasn't available, I'd see Anjali, who was also amazing to work with. I'm sure I'll need PT for something else in the future, so I'll be returning to this practice then.

I was referred to ATI at this location by OrthoVirginia after foot surgery and every therapist there was terrific. I wish I had known about them when I had bilateral knee surgery. They’re the best.

I broke my shoulder in two places ice skating on Christmas Eve 2025. I could barely move my arm that was on the cusp of requiring surgery. After 4 months of physical therapy at ATI with their stellar physical therapist Eva De Leon, I am closing in on 100% mobility. Her friendliness, engagement and knowledge made the whole ordeal of a broken shoulder more than tolerable. It was a pleasure to attend my sessions in such a welcoming and warm community of people. I cannot recommend Arlington ATI Physical Therapy enough..

PT is never any fun, but the caring, professional staff at Harrison Street did their best to help us improve and get beyond the pain we came in with. I want to thank in particular my usual therapist, Eva DeLeon and the others who helped out: Andrea, Anjeli, and Leah. Not only were they professional, caring, and helpful, but they did their good with with a cheerful, positive attitude that helped make the work more tolerable. Finally I want to thank the people who helped me through the app, which made following the exercises at home so much easier–I recommend that to anyone.

I had an incredible experience with Josh Campbell at ATI. His physical therapy sessions were exceptionally effective, and thanks to his expertise, my recovery progressed much faster than I had anticipated. What impressed me most was his ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously without ever compromising the quality of care; he remained attentive to every detail and made sure each patient received individualized attention. Beyond his professional skills, Josh is also a fantastic conversationalist. Our chats—especially about Mahjong—made the sessions something to look forward to and helped create a positive, lively environment. If you’re looking for a physical therapist who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients, I highly recommend Josh.

Can't say enough good things about ATI Arlington Harrison St. I have had tons of PT over the years (following 5 separate shoulder surgeries) with a variety of PT companies and the staff at ATI have been amazing and so far the best PT outfit that I have been too. They were able to fit me in on my schedule, got me started 5 days after my surgery, and have been professional, courteous, kind and empathetic throughout my course of PT. A special shout out to Ally, who was my initial intake and therapist, along with Josh who took over seamlessly when Ally got a much deserved promotion at the new Herndon location! Great loss for ARL, but a great win for HERN! Always on time, always knowledgeable, always professional and always friendly! My highest possible referral and recommendation.
